All About Scalp Health

Healthy hair starts at your scalp. Your scalp care is just as important as your skincare routine. There are 5 key components to scalp health:

1. Moisture - your scalp needs lots of it!

2. pH Balance - not too high and not too low, there's a perfect balance.

3. Protecting the scalp - just like the rest fo your skin our scalps are prone to damage from UV rays, extreme heat & harsh chemicals.

4. Keep is clean - this should go without saying.

5. Blood circulation - don't forget to give your scalp a good massage.
