All orders of in-stock items ship from Nackawic, New Brunswick. We have a current 0-2 business day turnaround time before your order will be packed and shipped. Approximate delivery times start the day after your parcel has been shipped. Delivery times do not include order processing. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Parcels in Transit
We are NOT responsible for packages that are stolen by porch pirates. We will file a claim with Canada Post or the Carrier on your behalf if your order has been lost in transit but we will cannot re-ship your order, until the claim has been finalized.
Additionally, if you choose the untracked and uninsured shipping option to the US, once the parcel is shipped, we are not responsible ; we cannot file a claim on your behalf nor reship the parcel.
Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:
Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Upfront Cosmetics. Occasionally, we will offer pre-orders of limited edition Upfront items and non Upfront items. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Pre-Order Policy:1.1. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve products before they become available in stock. 1.2. Pre-order availability is subject to change, and the expected shipping date will be provided on the product listing and during the checkout process via the terms and conditioner waiver. 1.3. Any regular line items not designated as pre-orders, which are placed together with pre-order items, will be shipped together with the pre-order items when they become available.
Shipping Timeline: 2.1. The expected shipping date for pre-ordered items will be clearly stated during the checkout process and on the product listing page. 2.2. Please note that the shipping timeline provided is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or production delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed about any changes.
Combined Shipping: 3.1. All regular line items ordered alongside pre-order items will be shipped together with the pre-order items, once the pre-order items are available. 3.2. We do not offer separate shipments for pre-order and regular line items placed together.
Cancellation Policy: 4.1. Pre-orders are binding commitments, and we do not accept cancellations on pre-ordered items. 4.2. Please carefully review your order before completing the pre-order purchase to ensure accuracy.
Order Modifications: 5.1. Once a pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify the order or make changes to the shipping address. 5.2. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Payment: 6.1. Pre-order purchases will be charged at the time of purchase, regardless of the product's availability. 6.2. All prices are listed in CAD, and any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping charges will be added during the checkout process.

In the event that a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable product.
Shipping and Delivery: 8.1. Shipping times for pre-ordered items may vary depending on the product and its availability. 8.2. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with shipping carriers once the product has been dispatched.

We strive to provide you with accurate product information including all ingredients used in each product. We do not allow returns of any of our haircare or skincare products including but not limited too: Shampoo Bars, Conditioner Bars, Hair Masques, Lotion Bars, Facial Washes,Loofas, Travel Cases, Soap Dishes or any accessories.
On a case by case bases we may allow returns of any non-hygiene related items that are unopened, unused and in resalable condition items within 4 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible and cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit. Refunds will be issued in 5-10 business days after of unopened, unused and in resalable condition items have been received.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please reach out to email@example.com. If your product arrive damaged we require that you send pictures of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of your package delivery to be eligible for replacement products.
